Adopt a document management tool with our LIMS!
Our document management tool, directly integrated into AQ Manager, offers you the possibility to associate any type of document with any record in our application.
For example, it allows you to combine :
- technical data sheets and photos to products,
- procedures (in Word, PDF, etc.) to methods, models and analyses
- calibration procedures for laboratory equipment,
- photos and documents to samples taken,
- documents (PDF, Exel, etc.) to analysis and test results
- from quotations to supplier purchase orders, etc.
Category, version and validity date management is also integrated into this module, with an alert system to warn you of revisions to be made on the due dates for each document.
All these documents are easily accessible, both from our full web solution and from our mobile application.
A searchable archive of older versions of documents is also available in our QA Manager application.
